i think your paranoid!

I really dont fancy it when people decide for themselves what i am feeling, it seems to happen alot and i've no idea how to react to it. People say i am angry and upset, it seems to fit their take on alot of situations and it makes me wonder whether i am being used as a pawn for some peoples emotional vindications of self.
